Order Processing-

Processing of orders will begin in three days of full receipt of payment. Do to the exclusive creation of each Giclee, completion of the order shall take up to 1 month.

Sales Tax-

Sales tax will be charged on all orders delivered within the State of California.

Shipping-

UPS Ground Shipping, fully insured for the value of a Giclee, is free of charge to all destinations in the USA. For international shipping, please send your inquiries by filling out the Contact Form in the Contact section of the website.

International Shipping-

The collector is responsible for all custom duties and other charges and fees upon arrival to the country of destination.

Since each Giclee is created exclusively upon a collector’s order, payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. A Giclee order is considered as a Special Order, and is a Final Sale with no Returns accepted.

Exchanges-

Every effort will be made to insure that each Giclee is packed according to high standards and insured for the full amount during shipping. In the case of a Giclee becoming damaged during shipping, please get in contact within three days of the time of delivery, to notify of such damage.

You will need to provide detailed photographs of the damaged Giclee and shipping box, and save all packaging materials. As soon as the shipping company will verify your claim and the damaged Giclee will be returned back, a replacement Giclee shall be created and sent to you. You are not required to pay for return shipping of a damaged Giclee.
