Continuing to explore how various art techniques are able to renew the visual understanding of an art composition, fine artist Elena Vladimir Baranoff transformed her original fine graphite drawing “Snow White” into an expressive linear painting.
Created with a palette of no more than two colors, “Snow White - The Magic Mirror” blends together black and red genuine egg tempera in a delicate lacework of exquisite lines and washes. The panting is the second artwork in the experimental art series.
Inspired by The Brothers Grimm classic tale "Snow White", the black and red painting "Snow White - The Magic Mirror" features Elena's auteur vision and poetic image of the legendary fairy tale character.
